After a 2 year reconstruction on Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, it opens its doors to the public with an upgraded vistor centre, furnished with more interactives with engaging educational material on the importance of biodiversity, conservation, and forest ecology of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

I was tasked to create an interactive game, “Hear The Forest” which the user can listen to a range of sounds in the wild and determine which animal or bird was it that made the sound.

Next, another feature of the interactive touchscreen was “See The Forest”, an Animal spotting game whereby the user can select a layer of the forest (Undergrowth, Mid-storey, Canopy) and try to spot the animal in the camouflage of the different tiers in the forest.

Lastly, I edited a video that was shown on the TV panel in the visitor centre, educating the public on the historical milestones, ecology and conservation efforts that NParks have undertaken for our beautiful island gem.
